By following the rules you'll have a successful experiene with us and will get the most from your membership! Please read this entire page below before signing up. (Please note these terms apply to both sites AND banners). By joining our exchange you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You must use your real first and last name or business name when signing up. If you do not use a real name you account will be deleted. You must also use a real email address and validate your account through the link in your welcome email. Use of an automated email addresses or an email address that sends us a link to validate our email address is not permitted. Please No Auto Responders! If you use an auto responder for your contact email address, or if emails sent from Bulldog Traffic to you are returned as "undeliverable" (bounced), your account will be deleted.
If you do not validate your account, you won't be able to login and use our system.
By joining our traffic exchange, you agree to receive emails from this site's administrator. We will not flood your inbox with emails, but when we do email you our emails are not spam. Should you attempt to say that our admininstration spammed you, your account will deleted, all of your credits forfeited, and you will be banned from our exchange.
Only sites in English will be permitted.
Only one account per person is allowed. Anyone that signs up for more than one account will have both accounts deleted.
Basic (free) members must surf 100 sites in order for accounts to be activated. Your sites will not be enabled and your sign up bonus will be not issued until you surf these initial 100 sites. This is to prevent users who sign up just to get the free credits and never use their account again. If you do not surf the minimum number of sites within twenty four hours of signing up your account will be deleted.
Free members will be allowed to have up to 15 URLs in their account. They are also allowed 10 banners. Paid/Upgraded members are allowed 25 URLs and 20 banners; Founders and Super Surfers are allowed 100 URLs and 50 banners. If you wish to have more URLS (including adding an unlimited #) please contact Admin for instructions on paying the one time fee to add more URLs. Remember the more times you add your site(s) the more it will be seen. (Should you submit more sites than your membership allows we will kindly let you know. If you eitehr do not upgrade your membership or remove the excess sites they will be subject to our removal).
Paid members' sites will be enabled before free (basic) members.
All Sites Must Have Credits Assigned! Please assign credits to every site you submit. There is no reason to have your site sitting in our database with no activity. It is simply a waste of your time and mine, so please add some credits when you submit your sites or they will not be considered for approval.
Please DO NOT send Admin emails stating your sites have not been approved. We are aware when sites are pending. All sites are manually approved and will be approved as soon as possible. Emailing us to "remind us" that your sites are pending will only delay the approval of your sites. Thanks for understanding!
Sites seen on the exchange belong to other members. We make no endorsement and accept no liability as to the accuracy of any statement or claims on websites seen on our traffic exchange.
We don't allow sites with pop ups, pop ins, pop unders, exit pops, message boxes, sound, frame breakers, sites with download prompts, slow to load sites, any site that causes a download link to open, a script that causes a script slow down, causes a java alert or java notice, contains audio, and/or sites that use rotators or redirection. (Using an "ad tracker" on your url is a form of redirection and is not allowed. Futhermore, "short urls" are not permitted, so please do not submit these sites. They cause major problems and disrupt surfing. Sites such as, but not exclusive to this list, are www.tinyurl.com, www.shmyl.com, www.url123.com. www.hotshort.com, etc. Submit the actual site for approval consideration). Adult, pornographic, hatred, sites containing profantity of any kind, and sites that are not suitable for a general family audience are not allowed. Additionally sites with the following themes are prohibited: personals, eroticism, matchmaking, mail-order brides, religion, politics, satanism, war games, and promotion of drugs or alcohol. Members found attempting to place such sites into rotation will be DELETED FROM our database immediately and permenantly!

Ultimately site approval is left up to our discretion. If you submit sites that violate our terms or sites that we do not approve of, your site will be deleted at our discretion. Should approved sites become a problem or violate our terms, the site will be deleted.
